The hotel is close to the Subway Line 8, specifically National Art Museum station. The front desk staff facilitated an early check-in at around 09:30 am. The room provided was spacious, and the facilities were good. The staff responded promptly when i needed assistance with housekeeping.
The air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled. I could not adjust it to my preferred temperature.

the hotel had a very clean feel. ms. lulu was helpful when i walked in, and ms. ella gave great restaurant recommendations. mr hank and mr richard assisted with directions. the staff created a beautiful honeymoon room with decorations and a gift.

the room featured state of the art lighting i didn't expect, a beautiful bathroom and comfortable bed. its location was near many places, including the train station and the national museum of art. mr khalid mohamaad, the front desk manager, was nice.
during breakfast, children may stay free, but their breakfast is not complimentary, and a separate charge applies.
